1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 2, 1996 No. 2923 "About procedure for the solution of the questions connected with writing of surnames and middle names of persons of the Kazakh nationality" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 1996, No. 14, Art. 107; 2005, No. 2, Art. 10) following change:
state Item 2 in the following edition:
"2. Determine that stipulated in Item 1 this Decree writing of surnames and middle names is made in the simplified procedure by authorized state body in the field of documentation in case of issue of passports and identity certificates of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan without introduction of amendments to acts of record of civil status.".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of publication.
