1. Bring in the Regulations on procedure of payments with participants in case of liquidation of investment funds or mutual funds of investment companies approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine, State commission on securities and the stock market of Ukraine of 17.11.99 No. 2167/321, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 29.12.99 for No. 920/4213 (with changes), such changes:
in Chapter 2:
in the subitem "є" Item 2.3 of the word "and/or securities" and "(transfer)" to exclude;
to exclude the subitem "e" of Item 2.4.
With respect thereto "є" to respect the subitem the subitem "e";
in Item 2.5:
