Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 3, 2010 No. 102 "Questions of import to customs area of Ukraine of goods within the international treaties (agreements) of Ukraine ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning space activities concerning creation of the space equipment without payment of import duty and the value added tax" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010, No. 9, Art. 444; 2011, No. 1, the Art. 26) changes which are applied.

1. According to the procedure of import to customs area of Ukraine by subjects of space activities - residents of goods within the international treaties (agreements) of Ukraine ratified by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine concerning space activities concerning creation of the space equipment without payment of import duty, approved by the specified resolution:
The second item 4 the word "GNA" to replace 1) in the paragraph with the word "GNS";
The word "NKAU" to replace 2) in the text of the Procedure with the word "GKA".
2. In appendix to the resolution:
1) undressed "The state Company "Kiyevprbor Production Association, Kiev" exclude;
"Research and production company Saturn, Kiev open joint stock company the word "Open" to replace 2) in the name of the Section with the word "Public".
