About approval of Changes to the Procedure for capture on accounting and removals from accounting in bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine payers of single fee on obligatory national social insurance

According to the Law of Ukraine of 19.05.2011 No. 3384-VI "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning simplification of procedures of the termination of legal entities and business activity of physical persons - entrepreneurs according to their decision" and the subitem 3 of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 06.04.2011 No. 384, board of the Pension fund of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Changes to the Procedure for capture on accounting and removals from accounting in bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine payers of single fee on obligatory national social insurance approved by the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of 27.09.2010 No. 21-6, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 27.10.2010 for No. 995/18290, which are applied.

2. To department of receipt of the income (Litvinenko V. V.) and legal management (Ryabtseva T. B.) submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the First Deputy Chairman of the board V. O. Kravchuk.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
