About approval of the Procedure for capture on accounting and removals from accounting in bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine payers of single fee on obligatory national social insurance
According to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance" and Item 12 of the Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 24.10.2007 of N 1261, the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve the Procedure for capture on accounting and removals from accounting in bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine of payers of single fee on obligatory national social insurance (the Procedure is farther), which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of 10.10.2006 N 14-4 "About approval of the Procedure for capture on accounting and removals from accounting in bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs as payers of insurance premiums", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 02.11.2006 for N 1184/13058.
3. Make change to the Instruction about procedure for calculation and payment by insurers and insured persons of fees on obligatory national pension insurance in the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of 19.12.2003 N 21-1, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 16.01.2004 for N 64/8663 (with changes), namely:
exclude Section 3.
4. To department of receipt of the income (Litvinenko V. V.) and legal management (Ryabtseva T. B.) provide this resolution for state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice chairman of the board V. M. Koronevsky.
6. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2011, except Item 5.4 of the Procedure which becomes effective since February 10, 2011.

This Procedure is developed according to article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance" and the Law of Ukraine "About state registration of legal entities and physical litspredprinimatel" and determines the capture mechanism on accounting and removals from accounting in bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine of payers of single fee on obligatory national social insurance.
The procedure extends to the payers of single fee noted in Items 1, 4 and 5 parts one of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About collection and accounting of single fee on obligatory national social insurance" (further - payers of single fee).
Capture on accounting of payers of single fee is performed by the Pension fund of Ukraine by entering of the corresponding data into the register of insurers.
