1. This Procedure determines appointment procedure to positions and releases from positions of heads of territorial authorities of the ministries and other central executive bodies (further - territorial authorities).
This Procedure is not applied in case of appointment of heads of territorial authorities of Goskomstat, State financial inspection, heads of structural divisions of territorial authorities of the ministries, other central executive bodies providing realization of powers of other central executive bodies, their deputies.
