2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 2007 No. 555 "About approval of Rules of licensing of activities and qualification requirements in the field of architecture, town planning and construction" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2007, No. 23, the Art. 261);

2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 6, 2008 No. 422 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 2007 No. 555" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2008, No. 23, the Art. 221).

3. This resolution becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after the first official publication.
