Prospecting activities

1)

for physical person - availability of the corresponding higher education in the field of prospecting activities and working life (labor activity) at least three years on profile of the works which are part of required subspecies of the licensed type of activity, or the corresponding secondary professional or technical and professional education in the field of prospecting activities, working life (labor activity) at least five years as the contractor (worker) on profile of the works which are part of required subspecies of the licensed type of activity

form of the data containing information on qualification and length of service according to appendix to these qualification requirements

2)

for the legal entity - availability in the state at least one engineering employee having the corresponding higher education in the field of prospecting activities and working life (labor activity) of work at least three years on profile of the works which are part of required subspecies of the licensed type of activity, either the corresponding secondary professional or technical and professional education in the field of prospecting activities, working life (labor activity) at least five years on profile of the works which are part of required subspecies of the licensed type of activity

form of the data containing information on availability of qualification and length of service of engineering employees according to appendix to these qualification requirements

3)

availability of production base on the property right (economic maintaining or operational management) and/or the lease equipped:

1) the administrative factory buildings or rooms necessary for accomplishment of the declared work types, subspecies of the licensed type of activity. At the same time office, factory and other buildings or premises of production base can be combined if it does not contradict requirements of system of labor protection and safe engineering in case of work;

2) the workplaces organized in accordance with the terms of work

form of the data containing information about about production base according to appendix to these qualification requirements

4)

availability of the minimum material equipment on the property right (economic maintaining or operational management) and/or leases:

1) control

measuring devices, tools, mechanisms, devices which are used depending on the technical requirements necessary for accomplishment of the declared works of subspecies; the licensed type of activity;

2) the personal computer with the established software necessary for accomplishment of calculations, creation and registrations of graphical and other materials when implementing engineering and geodetic works

form of the data containing information on material

technical equipment according to appendix to these qualification requirements

5)

availability of the instruction on the quality control system regulating proper performance of works and quality assurance (compliance assessment, works quality control) approved by the applicant (licensee)

form of the data containing information on the approved instruction on quality control system according to appendix to these qualification requirements

6)

availability of the rules approved by the applicant (licensee) and instructions on system of labor protection and the safe engineering with application of documents confirming training of the responsible engineering employee

form of the data containing information on the approved rules and instructions on system of labor protection and safe engineering according to appendix to these qualification requirements
