About entering of amendments into the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2007, No. 5, the Art. 461) the following amendments:

1. The eleventh articles 3 after the words "on them decisions" to add the paragraph with words "the President of the Kyrgyz Republic".

2. In Article 36:

"5. Within fourteen days from the moment of adoption of the decision by the Commission the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic performs preparation of the draft of the presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic about acceptance in nationality or getting out of nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic about provision or getting out of nationality within three days from the moment of its signing is subject to publication on the official site of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In case of refusal in provision or getting out of nationality of the Kyrgyz Republic the Office of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic shall notify in writing within three days the applicant with indication of the refusal bases".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
