About modification and amendments in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 15, 2005 No. 1036 "About the export customs duties on crude oil and the goods developed from oil"

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 15, 2005 No. 1036 "About the export customs duties on crude oil and the goods developed from oil" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 38, the Art. 533) the following changes and amendment:

1) the Rules of calculation of rates of customs duties on the goods which are exported from customs area of the Republic of Kazakhstan developed from oil, approved by the specified resolution to add with Item 7-1 of the following content:

"7-1. The result of calculation of the size of rate of export customs duty made according to Item 7 of these rules mathematically is rounded to the second sign after comma.";

2) in appendix to the specified resolution:

in the column "Classification of Goods by the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity" of figure "2709 00 900" to replace with figures "2709 00 900 6";

state the column "Duty Rate (in Dollars for 1 000 Kg)" in the following edition:
