1. Approve enclosed:

Regulations on management of the shares in the limited liability companies created in the course of privatization which are in property of the Russian Federation;

changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.

2. Determine that the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation annually, till September 1, submit in the Government of the Russian Federation the report for last year on management of the shares in limited liability companies which are in property of the Russian Federation containing including data:

about execution of orders and instructions of the President of the Russian Federation and orders of the Government of the Russian Federation, including information on the target and actually reached characteristics and indicators concerning the done work for last year in industry section;

about the measures directed to enhancement of corporate management system in limited liability companies, shares in which authorized capital are in federal property;

about all the made decisions on distribution of net profit between members of limited liability companies (with indication of the size of the shared net profit), including in industry section, with indication of limited liability companies which do not make the decision on distribution of net profit between participants;
