About approval of the Regulations on registration of objects of copyright and the related rights

Based on the subitem g) and parts (1) Article 4 and part (8) article 9 of the Law No. 139 of July 2, 2010 on copyright and the related rights (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 191-193, of the Art. 630) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on registration of objects of copyright and the related rights it (is applied).

2. Requests for registration of objects of copyright and the related rights which procedures of consideration did not come to the end before the date of entry into force of this provision are considered according to the procedure established by this Provision.

3. The registration certificates of copyright and the related rights issued to AGEPI before the date of entry into force of this provision are equated, regarding legal regime, to registration certificates of the objects issued according to this Provision.

4. Declare invalid:

The order of the Government No. 901 of August 28, 2001. "About state registration of the works protected by copyright and the related rights" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 108-109, of the Art. 951);
