1. Approve Regulations on state registration of the works protected author's and the related rights according to appendix.

2. To the republican center of information science of the Ministry of Transport and Communications to transfer to the State agency on intellectual property the National registry to 2-month time (temporary) of programs for computers, including the documents and materials relating to it.

3. Declare invalid the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova N 494 of July 17, 1995. "About formation of the National registry (temporary) programs for computers" (The official monitor, 1995, N 51-52, the Art. 397).
