About some questions of attraction of forces and means of republican state bodies and other organizations for accomplishment of actions for search and rescue of passengers and crews of the aircrafts which are in distress or the victims in the territory of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of realization of paragraph two of Item 3 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 6, 2012 No. 18 "About search and rescue of passengers and crews of the aircrafts which are in distress or injured in the territory of the Republic of Belarus" Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed list of forces and means of the republican state bodies and other organizations attracted to accomplishment of actions for search and rescue of passengers and crews of the aircrafts which are in distress or the victims in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

2. Determine that:

2.1. the public aviation rescue institution "AVIATION" of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus (further - GAASU "AIRCRAFT") according to the list of forces and means of the republican state bodies and other organizations attracted to accomplishment of actions for search and rescue of passengers and crews of the aircrafts which are in distress or the victims in the territory of the Republic of Belarus attracts according to the written notice directed on fax connection or with use of other means of telecommunication through:

2.1.1. public institution "Republican control center and emergency response" Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus land forces and means:

territorial authorities and divisions on emergency situations;

divisions of territorial authorities of the border service, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Transport and Communications for strengthening of forces and means of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and also owners of airfields (airports) according to plans (instructions) of interaction;
