According to article 45 of the Law of Ukraine "About use of nuclear energy and radiation safety", article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About production and conversion of uranium ores", the Regulations on the State inspection of nuclear regulation of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 06.04.2011 No. 403, and for the purpose of ensuring efficiency of state regulation in the field of use of nuclear energy I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for issue of permissions to use of the lands and reservoirs located in the sanitary protection zone of nuclear installation, the object intended for the treatment of radioactive waste, uranium object which is applied.
2. To management of radiation safety (Ryazantsev V. F.):
provide submission of this order in five-day time on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;
after state registration to bring this order to permission of the interested organizations.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the vice-chairman Makarovskaya O. A.
