For the purpose of implementation of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 9, 2011 No. 1074 "About rendering electronic services and realization of the state functions in electronic form by means of the nation-wide automated information system" and developments of the state system of rendering electronic services to the organizations and citizens through the single portal of electronic services on the basis of the basic and other state information resources integrated into the nation-wide automated information system, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve enclosed:
the list of basic electronic services * which provision is provided through the single portal of electronic services (further - the list);
the development plan for the state information resources necessary for provision of basic electronic services through the single portal of electronic services (further - the development plan);
the plan of phased transition to provision of electronic services by means of the single portal of electronic services (further - the plan of transition).
