1. Approve:

form of the control cash book of the cash desk operator according to appendix 1;

Regulations on procedure for filling of the control cash book of the cash desk operator according to appendix 2.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
