About modification of the Procedure for representation and consideration of offers concerning forming of the list of objects of state-owned property which have strategic importance for economy and safety of the state
According to Presidential decrees of Ukraine of 09.12.2010 No. 1085 "About optimization of system of the central executive bodies" and of 31.05.2011 No. 634 "About the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine" I ORDER:
1. In the text of the Procedure for representation and consideration of offers concerning forming of the list of objects of state-owned property which have strategic importance for economy and safety of the state approved by the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of 03.12.2010 No. 1546, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 23.12.2010 for No. 1325/18620, of the word "Ministry of Economics" in all cases shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Economic Development and Trade" in the corresponding cases.
2. To department of the relations of property (Maximov O. A.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
