Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Item 11 of the Regulations on the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 8, 1997 N 828 (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, N 28, by Art. 3444; 2008, N 14, Art. 1412).
