Article 1 Subject of the Protocol

The Russian side accepts the military personnel of the Kyrgyz Side in military educational institutions of higher education of the Federal Border Service of the Russian Federation (further - in higher educational institutions) in quantity, on specialties and for terms which are coordinated annually by the Parties. Results of approval are drawn up by the contract which is integral part of the Protocol.

Article 2 of the Condition of training

2.1. Training is provided in Russian by curricula and training programs of higher educational institutions FPS of Russia.

2.2. According to the curriculum the military personnel of the Kyrgyz Side studying in academy and military institutes are annually granted vacation leaves: in the summer - lasting at least 30 days; in the winter - lasting at least 14 days. Carrying out leaves will be organized by the Kyrgyz Side.

Article 3 of the Request for training

3.1. Acceptance of the military personnel of the Kyrgyz Republic on training is carried out according to written requests of the Kyrgyz Side, recommendations and opportunities of the Russian Side. Requests go till December 1 of the year preceding year of the beginning of training.

3.2. In requests are specified:

specialties of training;

the number of candidates on each specialty;

level of general and military education of candidates for training.
