About databank of drafts of the laws of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of further enhancement of information support of legislative activities in the Republic of Belarus with use of modern information technologies I decide:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for forming, maintaining and provision of databank of drafts of the laws of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).
2. Determine that:
2.1. forming, maintaining and provision of databank of drafts of the laws of the Republic of Belarus (further - databank) are performed by the National center of the legislation and legal information (further - the Center);
2.2. the state bodies and other state organizations participating in legislative activities provide in the Center information for inclusion in databank according to the procedure and the terms established by the Regulations on procedure for forming, maintaining and provision of databank of drafts of the laws of the Republic of Belarus approved by this Decree.
At the same time the documents containing information, distribution and (or) provision of which it is limited, do not go to the Center and to inclusion in databank not subject;
2.3. texts of drafts of the laws are placed the Center in open entry on the National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus within three working days from the date of their inclusion in databank.
3. Recognize invalid:
The presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 24, 1998 No. 376 "About creation of computer databank of drafts of the laws of the Republic of Belarus";
