Approve Changes in the Regulations on registration of regulations of institutes of joint investment and maintaining the Unified state register of institutes of joint investment approved by the decision of State commission on securities and the stock market of 06.07.2002 No. 197, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 14.08.2002 for No. 657/6945 (with changes) which are applied.
2. Cancel the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of 12.01.2012 No. 19 "About approval of Changes in Regulations on registration of regulations of institutes of joint investment and maintaining the Unified state register of institutes of joint investment".
