ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

About modification and amendments in some orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the Government No. 515 of June 22, 2010. "About the Joint control commission from the Republic of Moldova" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, No. 107, of the Art. 595) to make the following changes and additions:

1) to bring the following line items:

"BODRUG Ion is the deputy chief of Department of police, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the member of the commission

FONDOS Aurel - the main consultant, Management for the analysis and planning, Bureau for reintegration, the State office, the member of the commission

BELAN Gheorghe is the chief of Bureau on reintegration, the State Office, the expert with the permanent status

COOK Vladimir is the head of department of OSCE and the international security as a part of Head department of multilateral cooperation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, the expert with the permanent status

To the DEACON Vitaliye - the first secretary, Management of OSCE and the international security as a part of Head department of multilateral cooperation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, the expert with the permanent status

KISENKO Dmitry is deputy head of department on international cooperation and the European integration, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the expert with the permanent status";

2) line items:

And "Valkov Sergey" to exclude "Valeriu's Cherb".

2. In the Regulations on activities of delegation of the Republic of Moldova in the Joint control commission approved by the Order of the Government No. 744 of October 3, 2011. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, No. 166-169, of the Art. 818), to make the following changes:

Shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 6 of the word "and experts" "experts with the permanent status and other experts";

Shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 15 of the word "experts on constant or" "and other experts".
