Based on provisions of article 22 of the Law No. 467/2003 on informatization and the state information resources (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, No. 6-12, of the Art. 44), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve the Technical concept of the State automated information system in the field of compulsory insurance of AGO it (is applied).

2. Appoint National Bank of Moldova as the owner of the State automated information system in the field of compulsory insurance of AGO.

3. To provide to National Bank of Moldova implementation, functioning, development and administration of the State automated information system in the field of compulsory insurance of AGO.

4. To provide to the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Agency of electronic control permanent exchange of information, the necessary for functioning State automated information system in the field of compulsory insurance of AGO, by means of Telecommunication system of bodies of public management.

5. Organizations in subordination of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, according to the powers established in article 43 of the Law No. 106/2022 on compulsory third party car insurance for the damage caused by vehicles can use the State automated information system in the field of compulsory insurance of AGO for control concerning availability at owners and/or users of vehicles of compulsory insurance of AGO issued by the insurer AGO from the Republic of Moldova.
