ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government No. 1599 of December 13, 2002.

The government DECIDES:

In the Order of the Government No. 1599 of December 13, 2002. "About rules of goods origin" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, No. 174176, of the Art. 1755), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in Item 1 paragraph two after words" (certificates of form "A", "ST-1", "EUR.1")" to introduce words", on issue of the replacing certificates for release in free circulation of the goods which are earlier imported on the territory of the Republic of Moldova and placed under customs control based on the preferential certificate of origin and also on";

To "Customs department" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item 3 of the word to "Customs Service";

3) in item 4 of the Resolution and in the text of the Regulations on rules of goods origin of the word "Ministry of Economy and Trade" shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Economics" in the corresponding case.
