RESOLUTION OF THE CABINET OF MINISTERS OF UKRAINE

Some questions of accomplishment of the State target economic program of energy efficiency and development of the sphere of production of energy carriers from renewable energy resources and alternative types of fuel for 2010-2015

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2010 No. 243 "About approval of the State target economic program of energy efficiency and development of the sphere of production of energy carriers from renewable energy resources and alternative types of fuel for 2010-2015" (the Of_ts_yny v_snik of Ukra§ni, 2010 No. 16, the Art. 762 No. 53, Art. 1781; 2011 No. 32, the Art. 1347) changes which are applied.

2. To the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry to approve in three-months time in accordance with the established procedure titles of structures on the objects specified in subitems 1, 3 and 4 Items 3 of appendix 2 to the State target economic program of energy efficiency and developments of the sphere of production of energy carriers from renewable energy resources and alternative types of fuel for 2010-2015.

3. To the ministries, other interested central executive bodies together with the Ministry of Finance during creation of the draft of the Government budget of Ukraine for the corresponding year to provide funds for carrying out sanitation of buildings of budgetary institutions which completely contain at the expense of means of the government budget, including development of the design estimates.

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 1, 2010 No. 243

1. In the resolution:

To "Ministry of Economics" shall be replaced with words 1) in Items 2 and 4 of the word to "Ministry of Economic Development and Trade";
