About approval of the Procedure for activities of the commission of Minsotspolitiki of Ukraine concerning maintaining the State register of children's institutions of improvement and rest
According to Item 3 of the Procedure for maintaining the State register of children's institutions of the improvement and rest approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 28.04.2009 No. 425, I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for activities of the commission of Minsotspolitiki of Ukraine concerning maintaining the State register of children's institutions of improvement and rest which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Ukraine for family, youth and sport of 19.08.2009 No. 2949 About approval of the Procedure for activities of the commission of Minsemyamolodezhsport concerning maintaining the State register of children's institutions of improvement and rest", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 17.09.2009 for No. 878/16894.
3. To provide to department of family policy (the Zhukovsky G.G.) submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister L. Drozdova.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
