About questions of the Ministry of Culture and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic

2. Determine that the Ministry of Culture and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic is legal successor of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. Create under the Ministry of Culture and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic Department of tourism and Department of cinematography.
4. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to provide expenses on financing of the departments specified in Item 3 of this resolution and to make corresponding changes to the bill of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2012 and the forecast for 2013-2014".
5. To the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic in two-month time:
- submit for approval of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:
Regulations on Department of tourism;
Provision and scheme of management of Department of cinematography;
- make offers on reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with this resolution.
