2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 30, 2004 No. 1010 "About approval of Rules of protection of networks of telecommunications in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2004, No. 36, the Art. 481).
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
