Rules of protection of networks of telecommunications in the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 5, 2004 "About communication", for the purpose of ensuring safety of the operating networks of telecommunications (cable, radio relay, aerial communication lines, lines of radiofication) which damage breaks normal work of single communication network of the Republic of Kazakhstan, causes damage to interests of citizens, productive activity of business entities, defense capability and safety of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. These rules extend on all physical persons and legal entity irrespective of their location, departmental accessory and patterns of ownership.
