About approval of the Regulations on the tasting commission, rules of tasting

According to the subitem 2) of Item 2 of article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products" I ORDER:

1. Approve:

1) Regulations on the tasting commission according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) Rules of tasting according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. Recognize invalid orders of the Chairman of Committee on the state control over production and turnover of excisable products of the Ministry of state revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) of October 6, 1999 No. 239 "About approval of the Regulations on the Republican tasting commission" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 961);

2) of October 6, 1999 No. 240 "About approval of Rules of tasting of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products (except beer)" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 962);

3) of May 15, 2002 No. 103 "About introduction of amendments to the order of the Chairman of Committee on the state control over production and turnover of alcoholic products of the Ministry of state revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 6, 1999 No. 240 "About approval of Rules of tasting of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products (except beer)" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 1874).
