According to Items 1 and 3 of part one of article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About financial services and state regulation of the markets of financial services", Item 17.5 of article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles" and for the purpose of enhancement of state regulation of insurance activity State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine DECIDED:
1. Approve Changes to the Licensed conditions of carrying out compulsory insurance of civil responsibility of owners of land vehicles approved by the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of 23.12.2004 No. 3178, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 27.12.2004 for No. 1654/10253, which are applied.
2. To provide to department of registration, licensing and allowing procedures together with department of legal providing submission of this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
3. To department of bonds with state bodies, the public and the protocol of Department organizational and analytical, documentary and staffing to provide placement of this order on the official site of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine on the Internet after it to state registration.
