1. Make change to appendix 1 to the Payment terms of work of employees of the transport, social and ekspluatatsionnoremontny organizations, and also scientific, research and specialized agencies of the Security Service of Ukraine approved by the order of the Security Service of Ukraine of 20.02.2009 No. 95, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 24.03.2009 for No. 270/16286 (with changes), having stated to paragraph one of Item 1 of the note in such edition:

"1. In 2012 official (monthly) pay rates, the tariff charges are calculated proceeding from the size of official (monthly) pay rate, the tariff charge of the worker of 1 job grade since January 1 - 773 hryvnias; since April 1 - 794 hryvnias; since July 1 - 802 hryvnias, since September 1 - 807 hryvnias, since October 1 - 823 hryvnias, since December 1 - 839 hryvnias.".

2. To heads of the transport, social and operational and repair organizations, and also scientific, nauchnoissledovatelsky and specialized agencies of the Security Service of Ukraine in the staff list to establish official (monthly) pay rates, the tariff charges of workers since January 1, on April 1, on July 1, on October 1 and on December 1, 2012 respectively in such sizes:

1 job grade - 1073, 1094, 1102, 1118 and 1134 hryvnias;

2 job grades - 1078, 1099, 1107, 1123 and 1139 hryvnias;

3 job grades - 1088, 1109, 1117, 1133 and 1149 hryvnias;

4 job grades - 1098, 1119, 1127, 1143 and 1159 hryvnias;

5 job grades - 1108, 1129, 1137, 1153 and 1169 hryvnias.
