Bring in the Procedure for issue of operational permission for capacities (objects) for production, conversion or realization of foodstuff approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 12, 2007 No. 712 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 37, Art. 1466; 2010, No. 45, Art. 1447; 2011, No. 4, the Art. 214, No. 61, the Art. 2435), and the Approval procedure on use of the objects and rooms intended for carrying out the activities connected with the address of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors, No. 469 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 13, 2011 "Some questions of issue of permission to use of the objects and rooms intended for carrying out the activities connected with the address of drugs, psychotropic substances and precursors" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 35, the Art. 1437), changes which are applied.
