For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About restriction of distribution and the use of alcoholic and tobacco products" of October 5, 2011 No. ZRU-302 in the field of retail trade and public catering, ensuring uniform application of procedure for realization of alcoholic products by the Cabinet of Ministers catering establishments decides:
1. Create the Working group on review of placement of the operating objects of trade enabling retail sale of alcoholic products according to appendix No. 1.
2. Determine the main objectives of the Working group:
together with Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent in week time carrying out inventory count of dislocation of the operating objects of trade enabling retail sale of alcoholic products, and also preparation of offers on their re-deployment on new places;
determination on each object of trade enabling retail sale of alcoholic products, specific terms of re-deployment, and also ensuring compliance of new places of dislocation to requirements of the legislation;
development and implementation of measures for optimization and placement according to requirements of the legislation of the objects of trade enabling retail sale of alcoholic products.
3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent:
to submit within three-day term within the Working group the operating dislocation of the objects of trade enabling retail sale of alcoholic products, and the offer on re-deployment of shopping facilities which placement does not meet the requirements of the legislation;
