About approval of the Standard regulations on the departmental militarized protection

For the purpose of further enhancement of procedure for the organization of activities of the departmental militarized protection the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve Standard regulations on the departmental militarized protection according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments in two-month time:

carry out continuous inventory count of republican bodies of the public and economic board, public authorities on places and other organizations having the departmental militarized protection regarding creation of their list, the contingent of workers, procedure and sources of financing, providing with regimentals, special means, firearms and ammunition to it;

develop the List of republican bodies of the public and economic board, public authorities on places and other organizations having the right to creation of the departmental militarized protection, the protected objects and property and to submit for approval in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. To republican bodies of the public and economic board, public authorities on places and to other organizations having the departmental militarized protection in two-month time to accept package of measures for the organization of activities of the departmental militarized protection, including providing her workers with uniform regimentals of the established sample and other types of ware allowance according to requirements of the Standard provision.

4. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments in two-month time:
