1. Add the Section 1 "The Privileges Provided in the form of Release from Taxation of Goods by the Value Added Tax" of the Qualifier of privileges in taxation of goods the value added tax approved by the order of the State Customs Service of Ukraine of 15.02.2011 No. 107, in the line by the 151 code of such content:
