1. "1. In 2012 official pay rates (tariff charges) are calculated proceeding from the size of official pay rate (tariff charge) of the worker of 1 job grade since January 1 - 773 hryvnias, since April 1 - 794 hryvnias, since July 1 - 802 hryvnias, since September 1 - 807 hryvnias, since October 1 - 823 hryvnias, since December 1 - 839 hryvnias.".

To vice-chairmen of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine, the rector of Institute of Service of foreign intelligence of Ukraine and chiefs 7, of the 8 and 9 service 4 managements 2 departments according to distribution of functional obligations to establish in staff lists official pay rates (tariff charges) of workers since January 1, on April 1, on July 1, on October 1 and on December 1, 2012 respectively in such sizes:

the first job grade - 1073, 1094, 1102, 1118 and 1134 hryvnias;

the second job grade - 1078, 1099, 1107, 1123 and 1139 hryvnias;
