About approval of the Instruction about procedure for realization of shooting ammunition to persons awarded with personalized firearms
For the purpose of streamlining of implementation process of ammunition, presentation of single requirements for all persons awarded with personalized firearms and implementation of additional control of persons having fighting firearms, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for realization of shooting ammunition to persons awarded with personalized firearms according to appendix.
2. This Resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.

1. This Instruction determines procedure for consideration by authorized state body in the field of defense (further - body of defense) the addresses of persons awarded with personalized firearms according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About weapon" by realization of ammunition to personalized firearms, and also procedure for realization of ammunition.
2. Ammunition to personalized firearms implements by direct sale to persons awarded according to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic personalized firearms.
3. Organizational practical activities on realization of ammunition to personalized firearms in body of defense are assigned to the deputy manager of the body of defense supervising arms questions (further - the deputy manager of body of defense), the chief of Head department of arms of body of defense (further - the chief of Head department of arms).
