2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- when forming the republican budget for 2012 to consider necessary means for functioning of the State inspectorate for sanitary, veterinary and phytosanitary safety under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- perform financing of the State inspectorate for sanitary, veterinary and phytosanitary safety under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and its subordinated divisions within the means provided by the republican budget for 2012.

3. The state inspectorate for sanitary, veterinary and phytosanitary safety under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure in two-month time to bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
