3. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic financing of the State agency on construction and regional development under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic within the means provided by the republican budget for the current financial year

4. To the state agency on construction and regional development under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in two-month time:

- bring the decisions into accord with this resolution;

- submit for approval of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of regulations on subordinated divisions;
