About the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Approve:
- Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;
- the scheme of management of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2.
2. To the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- take the measures following from this resolution;
- in two-month time to submit in accordance with the established procedure for consideration of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic projects of the regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic following from this resolution.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 4, 2009 No. 730.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
