About questions of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of streamlining and reduction of decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve:
- Regulations on Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 1;
- the scheme of management of Social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 2;
- Regulations on the Supervisory board on management of the national social insurance according to appendix 3.
2. To social fund of the Kyrgyz Republic:
- take the measures following from this resolution;
- bring the decisions into accord with this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
