About scientific and technical support of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of August 28, 2009 No. 1116
For the purpose of ensuring nuclear and radiation safety of nuclear power plant in the Republic of Belarus the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine the public scientific institution "The Joint Institute of Energy and Nuclear Researches — Pines" of National academy of Sciences of Belarus the organization giving scientific and technical support to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, performing the organization and performance of works for scientific and technical ensuring regulation of nuclear and radiation safety according to acts of the legislation including the analysis and reasons for criteria and requirements of such safety, carrying out research works on increase in efficiency of state regulation in the field of ensuring nuclear and radiation safety of subjects to use of atomic energy, and also implementation of assessment of safety in the field of use of atomic energy and sources of ionizing radiation.
2. No. 327 is excluded according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 21.04.2016
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
