About introduction of amendments to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 4, 2008 No. 7
According to the paragraph the second article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 22, 2011 "About modification and amendments in some laws of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction about certification on the right of receipt of the competence certificate of the auditor approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 4, 2008 No. 7 "About some questions of auditor activities" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 15, 5/26592), the following changes:
to state paragraph two of Item 2 in the following edition:
"the higher economic and (or) legal education;";
state Item 14 in the following edition:
"14. The auditor shall:
undergo advanced training at least once in two years since the year following after year of receipt of the competence certificate of the auditor;
submit to the Ministry of Finance the document confirming advanced training passing no later than February 15 of the year following after year of passing of advanced training.".
2. This resolution becomes effective since April 5, 2012.
