I ORDER:

1. Establish the extreme size of share of dominant position of the business entities who are engaged in procurement, conversion and realization of tobacco, cotton, haricot, sugar beet, corn and sunflower in the amount of 20%.

2. To department of normative legal support and regulation of the financial market (Shustikov) to register this decision in the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic according to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic".

3. To department of organizational works and financial accounting (Gentsle) to bring this order to the sector of protection and to development of the competition in agricultural industry and environmental management and the relevant territorial departments.
