1. Approve form of accounting card of car - the motor-vehicle for private use (appendix No. 1).

2. Approve the Procedure for registration and use of accounting card of car - the motor-vehicle for private use as the passenger customs declaration in case of numerous movement of car - motor-vehicles for private use through customs border of the Customs union (appendix No. 2).

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy manager of FCS of Russia S. O. Shokhin.

This order becomes effective after 90 days after day of its official publication.
