About settlement of procedure for approval of carrying out aviation works in boundary and provisions of administrative service

According to Item 17 of the Regulations on boundary regime approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 27, 1998 No. 1147 (with changes), the subitem 4 of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 17, 2009 "About measures for ordering of administrative services" (with changes) and for the purpose of legal settlement of procedure for provision of administrative service in approval of carrying out aviation works in boundary I ORDER to No. 737:

1. Approve the Procedure for approval of carrying out aviation works in boundary and informing the relevant divisions of the State Border Service of Ukraine which is applied.

2. Approve the Standard standard of provision of administrative service in approval of carrying out aviation works in boundary which is attached.

3. To provide to the main control center of service of the State Border Service of Ukraine submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To the head of department of ensuring activities of the Chairman of the State Border Service of Ukraine in week time from the date of receipt of information on the introduction in operation of this order to post it on the official website of the State Border Service of Ukraine.

5. To chiefs of bodies of protection of frontier in three-months time after state registration of this order to develop and approve the conforming standards of provision of administrative service in approval of carrying out aviation works in boundary in zone of responsibility of bodies of protection of frontier.
