About approval of the Regulations on security service of work of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine

According to article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About labor protection", article 28 of the Law of Ukraine "About the legal basis of civil protection", Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of emergency situations of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 No. 402, and for the purpose of the effective organization of accomplishment of the legal, organizational and technical, sanitary and hygienic, social and economic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions directed to preserving life, health and working ability of the person in the course of work, services and during execution of tasks to destination working and faces of ordinary and bossy structure I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on security service of work of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine which are applied.

2. To management of medical support and concerning creation and implementation of System 112 (Shostak L. Y.) together with Legal support division (Povoroznik R. R.) to provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister Booth V. P.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
