This Provision determines procedure and the amount of payment to legal executives of head department of forced execution of the Ministry of Justice and territorial authorities of forced execution (further – legal executives) monetary compensation for use of the vehicles belonging to them in the office purposes (further – compensation).
2. The legal executives using the vehicles belonging to them in the office purposes receive compensation of cost of the spent fuels and lubricants.
